Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within the applicable processing period after confirmation from the airline, hotel, or service provider.

All refunds will be credited back to the original payment method used for the transaction.

Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider or issuing bank.

Any non-refundable taxes, service fees, or supplier charges may be deducted where applicable.
